Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by **MasterVM**, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our infrastructure.

2. Provision of Services

MasterVM provides Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and cloud infrastructure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for our premium nodes, excluding scheduled maintenance.

3. Prohibited Activities

To maintain network integrity, the following activities are strictly prohibited on all MasterVM nodes:

• DDoS Attacks or network interference
• Mining of Cryptocurrencies (unless on dedicated plans)
• Hosting of illegal material or copyrighted content (DMCA)
• IP Spoofing, Mass Mailing , Port Scanning, or Phishing

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Billing and Refunds

All services are billed on a pre-paid basis. Payments are non-refundable unless a service failure occurs that is directly attributable to MasterVM's core hardware or network. Late payments exceeding 48 hours will result in automatic service suspension.

5. Data & Backups

While we use RAID protected storage, MasterVM is **not** responsible for customer data loss. Customers are responsible for maintaining their own external backups. We provide the "pipes and power," but the data within the VM is the user's sole responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MasterVM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service in the preceding month.

7. Infrastructure Liability & Law Enforcement

MasterVM operates under a strict "Zero-Access" infrastructure model. To ensure maximum data integrity and respect for global privacy laws, we do not maintain administrative access, backdoors, or monitoring capabilities within individual customer servers.

Consequently, the Customer assumes full legal responsibility for all data hosted, transmitted, or processed via our infrastructure. In the event of service abuse, digital incidents, or formal requests from law enforcement agencies, MasterVM cannot be held liable for the content or actions originating from a client’s node.

While we cooperate with lawful legal requests within our jurisdiction, our inability to access encrypted or private server environments means that any forensic discovery or compliance responsibility rests entirely on the behalf of the Customer. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that MasterVM acts solely as a neutral infrastructure provider.
