At Master RDP, we operate under a strict "Privacy-First" infrastructure mandate. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer personal data, logs, or operational information to third-party corporate entities. Your datasets are used exclusively for the active fulfillment of high-performance virtualization configurations, administrative invoicing, and server deployment security verification.
To deliver high-performance virtualization instances and maintain strict cross-border compliance parameters under federal regulations, we store the following limited customer records:
Master RDP guarantees absolute non-disclosure of your private instance allocations, storage blocks, or virtualized kernels. Your system files will never be exposed, shared, or reviewed unless explicitly compelled by an enforceable legal court order or subpoena issued by state or federal judicial entities located in the State of Wyoming, USA.
Pursuant to 47 U.S. Code § 230, the Provider functions exclusively as an interactive computer service provider. While aggregate hardware node metrics are maintained for load balancing and resource capacity tracking, we do not track, intercept, or map packet routing inside your virtual environment. The customer retains sovereign administrative control and liability over all operational instances.
We legally declare that client registration parameters and environment usage traits are locked down and completely non-transferable. Our commercial capital flows entirely from high-grade Bare-Metal and virtualized infrastructure engineering leases—never from data monetization.
Customers are prohibited from utilizing the systems of Master RDP for port scanning, DDoS execution, outbound phishing setups, or botnet deployment. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM); violations trigger immediate, non-refundable instance destruction and law enforcement referral.
Pursuant to DMCA safe harbor rules (17 U.S. Code § 512), formal notices of network abuse or copyright infringement must be submitted directly to our executive compliance officer at: [email protected].
