Software Licensing

Official policy regarding Operating Systems, Third-Party Licenses, and Legal Liability under Master RDP.

1. Included & Supported Licenses

Master RDP provides and covers the underlying distribution costs only for standard Open Source and Enterprise Linux environments:

DEBIAN
UBUNTU
ALMA LINUX
RED HAT

These systems are provided as-is under their respective GNU General Public Licenses (GPL) or corporate community agreements.

2. Proprietary OS Disclaimer & Evaluation Builds

For any Operating Systems not listed above—specifically Microsoft Windows Server templates—all builds provisioned automatically by our deployment systems are strictly unactivated Evaluation Versions. Master RDP acts strictly as a "Hardware-as-a-Service" (HaaS) resource intermediary under a Bring Your Own License (BYOL) mandate.

  • No Pre-Activated Keys: Master RDP does not maintain software key stocks or distribute pre-activated commercial software.
  • Customer Activation Duty: Activation, validation, and compliance verification are the exclusive legal duty of the customer. The Provider carries absolute zero responsibility for cracked or illicitly bypass-activated instances run by users.
  • Procurement Proxy Service Option: If authorized by the client, the Provider can act purely as an auxiliary deployment proxy agent to purchase an authentic Retail Key from a verified online merchant on your behalf and configure it. This administrative service is assessed an aggregated flat fee factoring in both raw retail acquisition costs and precise system engineering configuration minutes.

3. 100% Liability & Non-Joinder Indemnification Clause

Master RDP operates strictly as a neutral, automated computing infrastructure layer. Under the corporate laws of the State of Wyoming, one hundred percent (100%) of the legal, financial, and criminal liability regarding unauthorized software usage, licensing gaps, or intellectual property execution inside client instances rests exclusively with the Customer.

In the event that any third-party software vendor, corporate auditing entity, or regulatory body initiates legal claims, suits, or arbitrations against Master RDP regarding a Customer's allocated cloud nodes, the Customer is contractually bound to:

  • Fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Master RDP against all settlements, judgments, and fines.
  • Advance and clear all legal defense fees, attorney outlays, and processing costs incurred by Master RDP.
  • Accept a structural "Non-Joinder" status, executing all necessary legal filings to release Master RDP from the dispute and substitute the Customer as the sole responsible defendant.

4. Compliance & Data Disclosure

To secure our intermediary status under federal safe-harbor pathways and Wyoming state regulations, Master RDP maintains strict reactive protocols against systematic license exploitation.

If an authorized software owner or legal body supplies valid evidence of systemic license infringement or illegal crack installations within a customer partition, Master RDP will share required operational metadata—including access logs, network timestamps, and account registration records—to identify the breaking party. We reserve the absolute right to terminate any uncompliant environment immediately without refund or notice.
